What is a collar display portrait?
A collar display portrait is a unique artwork where space is left in the painting for your dog’s collar to be physically incorporated. This adds a special, personal touch, allowing you to preserve a tangible memory of your dog.

Do you coat all artwork with epoxy resin?
Yes, all of my artwork, except for digital portraits, is coated with glitter infused epoxy resin. The resin provides a protective layer and gives the artwork a sleek, glossy finish, ensuring durability and an elevated appearance. Glitter can be excluded upon request.

How do I order a custom portrait?

What materials do you use in your mixed media portraits?
For my mixed media portraits, I use a variety of materials such as acrylic paint, watercolour, epoxy resin and other elements. This layering creates depth and richness, giving each piece a unique and expressive quality.

How long does it take to complete a custom portrait?
The completion time depends on the type of portrait and its complexity. Digital portraits typically take a few days or weeks, while canvas and mixed media pieces can take 2–4 weeks. A more specific timeline can be requested when we discuss your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do offer international shipping for all physical artworks, including canvas and framed portraits.

Shipping worldwide except for Australia is a flat rate of $14 USD

How should I care for my epoxy-coated artwork?
Epoxy-coated artwork is quite durable, but it’s important to care for it properly. Avoid direct sunlight for long periods, and gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents, as they could damage the resin finish.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges on custom portraits?
Due to the custom nature of these portraits, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, I work closely with you throughout the process to ensure that you’re satisfied with the final result.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a full refund. After that, depending on the progress of the artwork, a cancellation fee may apply.

Do you take special requests for portrait themes or styles?
Yes! I love working with clients on custom themes or styles. If you have a specific idea in mind, whether it’s a unique background, a special color palette, or a particular artistic style, feel free to share your vision with me. I’ll do my best to bring it to life in a way that reflects your personal taste.

Can you create a portrait from multiple photos?
Absolutely. If you have several photos you'd like me to combine into a single portrait, I can work with those. For example, if you want to merge different angles or combine multiple subjects into one cohesive piece, just let me know, and we’ll plan it out together.

What are the payment options?
I accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards. Payment plans are possible via PayPal. .

What if I don’t have a high-quality photo for reference?
If you don’t have a high-quality photo, don’t worry. While clear, high-resolution images are ideal, I can work with lower-quality photos too. Just send me what you have, and I’ll let you know if it’s sufficient to create a beautiful portrait.
